When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you connect a wallet (SIWE), we store your public wallet address.

Billing Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status but never store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers.

Usage Data

We collect analytics and usage data including tool call counts, API request metadata, error rates, and feature usage patterns. This data is processed via:

  • Axiom — structured logging and observability
  • PostHog — product analytics and session recording (dashboard only)
  • Google Analytics 4 — website traffic analytics (marketing site only)

Support Data

When you contact us via Crisp live chat, we collect your messages and any information you voluntarily provide during the conversation.

Smart Contract Data

When you import smart contracts, we store the contract address, ABI, and network configuration. We access public blockchain data (via RPC providers) to execute your configured MCP tools. We never hold custody of private keys or funds.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Usage logs are retained for 14–30 days depending on your plan. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data at rest and in transit, scrypt-hashed credentials, and role-based access controls. RPC URLs provided by users are encrypted using AES-256 before storage.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Third-party analytics services (PostHog, GA4) may set additional cookies. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
